FAQ

Will I need to bring any fishing equipment with me?

You are certainly welcome to bring that special fishing setup you are comfortable with but otherwise all the gear and tackle will be provided

Do I need to purchase a fishing license?

Nope, we got you covered! The captain holds a special charter license that covers you and your guests for all recreational fishing. This means you can bring home your daily bag limit without paying a cent more!

Will you provide any food or beverages?

Water bottles will be provided but we leave it up to our guests to bring whatever food and drinks they may want for a day on the water. If you need to make a stop at a marina to grab something just let the captain know and he will be happy to accommodate your request. We will provide large coolers and ice for you to bring as many refreshments as you desire!

Can I bring alcohol on my trip?

Absolutely! As long as you are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly you may bring whatever alcohol you wish.

What if I enjoy listening to some music while on the boat? Should I bring a speaker?

The boat is fully equipped with an excellent sound system and we let you be in control of the music! Just ask the captain for the bluetooth name and he will make sure your device is hooked up to the audio so you can enjoy your favorite tunes on the water. If you do decide to hang out on a beach and wander away from the boat you may want to bring a portable speaker with you to enjoy on an island.

Is the captain fully licensed?

Captain Luke Hoerner is fully trained and licensed to take you out for an amazing day on the water. He always has all his proper documentation, licenses, and registrations with him at all times. If you would like to see his credentials at any point before, during, or after the trip simply ask him and he will proudly show them to you!

What about a bathroom?

Not to worry! Just let the captain know and he will do his best to accommodate or give you some private options for a restroom during a day on the water! In an emergency situation and we are unable to make it back to a marina in time, a fully private bathroom can be made available to you at special request.

Do you guarantee we will catch something?

Nature works in mysterious ways and while the captain will try his hardest to get you hooked up there is no guarantee you will catch something. That is why it is called fishing and not catching! But we can assure you an enjoyable and exciting day on the water.
